The purpose of this study was to investigate head teachers leadership interpersonal relations in relation to teacher job enthusiasm & performance at secondary level in public secondary schools in Rahimyar Khan. The independent/predictor variable was head teachers interpersonal relations. For each head teachers interpersonal relations one school from urban area and one from rural areas were selected thus the researcher selected five numbers of public schools from each area. A major implication of study was that head teachers leadership interpersonal relations has considerable relationship with teacher job satisfaction, therefore head teachers should effort to use leadership interpersonal relations that give enhanced teachers enthusiasm and performance.
