Which institutional structural settings and societal contexts influence professional actions of pedagogical specialists in child protection? The cooperation of the various professionals is based on different knowledge systems. This volume critically examines conflicting interests and models of child protection and - with regard to the tense relationship between law and protection - discusses perspectives for a "good" child protection standard.
