Professor Christian Stevens is Coordinator of the Working Group on the European Master Programme "Renewable Resources" (14 different European countries); Co-organiser of a European Intensive Courses on Renewable Resources; Author of reviews on Renewable Resources: * Chemical Modification of Inulin, a Valuable Renewable Resource, and its Industrial Applications.Biomacromolecules (2001) and * Chitosan as Antimicrobial Agent: Applications and Mode of Action. Biomacromolecules (2003). He is author/co-author of several patents on Renewable Resources and will be the Series Editor of the upcoming series on Renewable Resources (Wiley)
